• Processing Time: All prints are custom-made to order. This requires 2-3 working days to process and print.
• Shipping Services: We offer international shipping using a variety of tracked services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time from date of order;

• United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
• Ireland: 5-8 working days
• Europe: 5-8 working days
• United States: 7-12 working days
• Rest of the World: 7-12 working days

Please note: Working days exclude weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays in each country. Delivery times are estimated and may vary, especially during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and seasonal sales.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at ella@mashdesign.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order. Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in process.

Taxes and Duties

• United Kingdom Customers: No additional taxes or duties apply; VAT is included in the print price.
• International Customers: Import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information.
