Return and Refund

As Mash Design is a small business and passionate about minimising waste, all prints are made to order, so please note we do NOT accept returns or offer refunds for prints ordered in the incorrect size, prints that are no longer wanted or for orders that are incorrectly addressed. 

Once you have receive your order confirmation, please make sure all of the information provided is correct, if for any reason you notice a mistake please contact us before your order is dispatched at ella@mashdesign.co.uk If you need to make any changes.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately.

We hope you don't have any issues with your purchase, but if for any reason you receive an order where the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or any other issues please contact us at ella@mashdesign.co.uk so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement order or a full refund.

Cancellations

All our products are made to order. As soon as your order is placed, our team will be working to get everything printed, packed and sent ASAP. Therefore there is a limited window to make any changes and we are unable to cancel orders. Please double check everything before placing your order & completing check out.
